Answers for collectors using CardPassport to find cards, track a collection, import spreadsheets, scan images, and request missing checklist data.

How do I create an account?
Create a collector profile from the Login area, then use that account to track cards, wishlist targets, trades, and sale cards.
How do I log in?
Use Login in the navigation bar. Once you are logged in, My Cards and Profile appear in the navigation.
How do I browse for a card set?
Browse shows set checklists. Use year, manufacturer, and sort controls to narrow the list.
How do I search for a player?
Search understands years, names, teams, and set words. A full name narrows the result; a last name returns every matching player.
How do I use Scan Card?
Scan Card lets you upload a card image and returns the closest matching cards with a confidence-style score.
How do I import cards and quantities?
My Cards accepts a CardPassport CSV or Excel sheet. Use the full database example to fill in statuses and quantities.
How do I export my collection to CSV?
My Cards can export owned cards, wishlist, trade list, sale list, or everything together in the CardPassport import format.
How do I contact CardPassport?
Use Contact Us for bug reports, feature requests, data corrections, missing collections, or general feedback.
How do I use Card Hunter beta?
Card Hunter is a beta tool for hunting possible card matches from photos. Treat results as leads to review, not final answers.
How do I add missing collections?
Send a data correction request with the missing set name, year, brand, checklist source, and any card images you can share.

How do I create an account?

  3. 3 Enter your account details and submit the form.
  4. 4 After the account is created, log in and open My Cards to start tracking.

How do I log in?

How do I browse for a card set?

Browse shows set checklists. Use year, manufacturer, and sort controls to narrow the list.

  2. 2 Filter by year or manufacturer when you know the set family.
  3. 3 Open a set to view its checklist and individual card pages.
  4. 4 Use the set page to jump into card details and collector actions.

How do I search for a player?

Search understands years, names, teams, and set words. A full name narrows the result; a last name returns every matching player.

  1. 1 Open Search from the navigation bar.
  2. 2 Type a player name, team, year, set name, card number, or a mix of those terms.
  3. 3 Use examples like alex morgan, morgan, 2024 morgan, orlando, wave, or 2025 alex morgan pride.
  4. 4 Open a result to view images, set details, and collector actions.

How do I import cards and quantities?

My Cards accepts a CardPassport CSV or Excel sheet. Use the full database example to fill in statuses and quantities.

  1. 1 Log in and open My Cards.
  2. 2 Download the Full Database XLSX or CSV example.
  3. 3 Fill the Status column with Owned, Wishlist, For Trade, or For Sale.
  4. 4 Add Quantity for owned cards and optional Sale Price or Wishlist Offer values.
  5. 5 Upload the completed file in the Import Cards section.

How do I export my collection to CSV?

My Cards can export owned cards, wishlist, trade list, sale list, or everything together in the CardPassport import format.

  1. 1 Log in and open My Cards.
  2. 2 Choose Export Owned CSV, Export Wishlist CSV, Export Trade CSV, Export Sale CSV, or Export All CSV.
  3. 3 Open the CSV in Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets, or another spreadsheet tool.
  4. 4 Keep the Card ID and Card URL columns when editing; they make future imports more accurate.

How do I add missing collections?

Send a data correction request with the missing set name, year, brand, checklist source, and any card images you can share.

  1. 1 Open Contact Us and choose Data Correction.
  2. 2 Include the set year, brand, set name, and checklist source.
  3. 3 Mention whether the request is for a base set, parallel, insert, autograph, or printing plate set.
  4. 4 Attach screenshots or links that help verify the checklist.
